About Naomi Haile

Integrator. Connector.
Relentlessly pro-human.

I'm a consultant, strategist, and systems architect for founders and executives who are building something that matters. I bring a global, multi-layered perspective to every engagement, drawing from business, psychology, philosophy, culture, and organizational science to help people build companies that work as well as they look on paper. My brain connects things that don't seem like they should align.

I built this business to keep me mobile, global, and free.

The origin story

From compliance to consulting, and finally, to this.

I started my career at the Canadian federal government in international tax compliance, part of the team that launched and maintained a global reporting program for Canadian multinationals with revenues exceeding $750 million CAD. From there I moved to New York City to pursue my graduate studies at Columbia University, and in my last semester I completed an internship at Bloomberg L.P. On paper, it was a strong trajectory. In practice, I was already doing consulting work most of the time I was in government. I just hadn't fully said yes to it yet.

The shift happened when I made a decision: I wanted to pursue the human side of business. Less compliance and governance. More people, more strategy, more building. I found a program at Columbia University that pointed exactly in that direction: talent development, organizational design, the architecture of how people and businesses grow together. I enrolled, and that became the beginning of everything I'm doing now.

What drives me

Most businesses stall not because of a lack of vision, but because the infrastructure hasn't caught up.

I believe most businesses stall not because the founder lacks vision or drive, but because the infrastructure underneath hasn't kept pace. The systems are informal. The processes live in people's heads. The team is capable but unclear. I care deeply about closing that gap: not just because it's good business strategy, but because founders deserve to lead without holding everything together by hand.

I'm also deeply curious. I read constantly across fields: science, psychology, investing, organizational performance, culture, philosophy. My ability to bring disparate ideas together and find the thread that connects them is what makes my work different. I don't apply a single framework to every business. I bring the full weight of what I've learned to every engagement and build something specific to you.

How I show up

I say what I see. I stay in it until the work is actually done.

I'm an integrator: someone who synthesizes complexity and turns it into something a team can actually run. I'm a connector: I bring people together, surface the right relationships, and make introductions that matter. And I'm pro-human in everything I build, which means the systems I design account for the people who have to live inside them, not just the outcomes they're supposed to produce.

I work with precision and care. I ask the questions other people are too polite to ask. I say what I see. And I stay in it with you until the work is actually done, not just delivered.

The personal side

Originally from Ottawa. Currently everywhere.

I'm a world traveler who believes that immersing yourself in different cultures, perspectives, and ways of living makes you a better thinker and a better builder. Culture, philosophy, science, psychology, business, finance, investing, organizational performance. I love to read about all of it, and my brain finds a way to bring it together. The global dimension isn't just a lifestyle for me. It's a lens I bring to everything I create.

I built this business to keep me mobile, global, and free. And I help my clients build theirs with the same intention: a business that works for your life, not the other way around.
