Based in New York City and originally from Ottawa, Canada, Naomi’s career began in international tax compliance with the Canadian federal government, where she was part of the team that launched and maintained a global reporting program for multinationals with revenues exceeding €750M. She went on to consult at boutique firms and Bloomberg L.P., advising executives on sustainable human capital solutions. These roles sharpened her expertise in corporate evaluations, empathy-driven leadership interviews, and organizational design.

Today, Naomi partners with leading ghostwriting agencies, PR firms, professors, and leadership consultants to transform raw expertise into clear, compelling narratives that position leaders to stand firmly on their authority.
